Position: Restaurant Director

Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and supervise the operation of the floor

Entry requirements: Form 5 or above 1-2 years or more restaurant management experience

Working hours: 0830-2300 (10.5 hours per day, 1 hour meal time included)

Salary: $19,500-$20,500

Benefits: 12 days of annual leave, 6 days of vacation per month, meal allowance

Position: Waiter

Responsibilities: - Responsible for food and beverage service

Entry requirements: Form 5 or above with relevant work experience is preferred

Working hours: 0830-2300 (10.5 hours per day, including 1 hour meal time)

Salary: $17,500-$18,500

Benefits: 12 days of annual leave, 6 days of vacation per month, meal allowance

Responsibilities: Responsible for meal preparation, preparing ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, etc.

Entry requirements: Form 3 or above 1 year or above catering experience

Working hours: 0830-2300 (10.5 hours per day, 1 hour meal time included)

Salary: 2nd Kitchen $19,500-$20,500 3rd Kitchen $18,500-$19,500 Cook $16,500-$17,500

Benefits: 12 days of annual leave, 6 days of vacation per month, meal allowance
